Project Provincial
A new home and a new life chapter brought our returning clients back to create a comfortable home for their retirement and to enjoy gatherings with family, grandchildren and friends. The double height ceiling foyer gave us the opportunity for a personalized sideboard paired with sizable artwork to ground the space and make for an inviting welcome. This leads into the living room where the bold statement is repeated with large custom cabinets that showcase sentimental generational antiques. The depth in colour and overall clean lines of the furniture leans into a contemporary elegance that is elevated without being overly formal.
The family room boasts coziness & ample seating with a large sectional that takes advantage of the long walls. It was set to have a darker forgiving fabric, although we maintained the beautiful lightness of the room through the airy drapery, warm-toned ottoman and area rug.
The principal bedroom brings home a paired down french country feel with every layered material choice. A linen wallcovering subtly adds an elegant texture to the room, complemented by dreamy drapery, chunky woven tweed chairs, and a tonal vintage area rug. The simple colours and textures create an effortless look in this quiet sanctuary.
Every space was thoughtfully designed to reflect comfort, connection, and ease—an inviting home for everyday living and meaningful moments.
