Project Polo was first initiated when our clients were looking to build a ranch-style home on their existing rolling hill property. The scenic landscape is undoubtedly the focal point amongst the main living spaces, filling the house with a magical warmth. The spaces exude a down to earth luxury through curated material colour palettes. Every furnishing has a sophisticated mix of materials and weathered textures that adds personality for a lived-in elegance. We applied varying proportioned patterns to introduce a modern touch without sacrificing timelessness. We carefully scaled furniture to compliment the expansive spaces. We created distinct livable spaces that served separate functions while maintaining a harmonious sense of togetherness. The overall aesthetic is one of warm invitation, showcasing a home that feels both elegantly refined and humbly collected.
