Project Henry Court

Having completed their backyard pool oasis, our client was ready to begin the transformation of their walk-out basement to keep the parties going from outside to inside. The realized vision is an airy, warm, and sustainable space for entertaining guests with an expanded space for a youth hangout. Knowing how the basement would be used, fabric and material selections were carefully selected for low maintenance, no fuss care from the pretreated sofa fabric to the stone coffee table and faux leather stools. Aesthetic and functionality came together with combination storage for both the custom built-ins and sofa table, creating opportunities for decor display, achieving a curated look while having easily accessible tuck-away storage. The wood tones balance the textured whites and sleek black metals to create an upscale, contemporary feel and colour palette that perfectly suits the inviting transition from the outdoor environment.
