Project Green Valley

Moving from a house in Toronto to a spacious new home, this family of 5 always dreamed of having a large enough sectional where they could all comfortably gather together every evening. With a large, open concept home we needed to create a warmth and coziness to ground the family room space. The facade of tall windows provided beautiful natural light and a spectacular view to the backyard greenery which is on full display with the selected low profile sectional and accent swivel chairs. Drapery panels add an airy texture, accentuating the ceiling height and to create a connection down to the space. The study is open to the family room, which needed a visual separation and transition of spaces that we achieved through a deeper blue colour wrapping all the walls. A calming and comforting backdrop during the working day and a rich ambient glow in the evenings.
