Project Elmside

Having followed our work since our early Unionville days, these longtime clients came to us as they stepped into a new chapter, upgrading to their forever home with soaring ceilings, expansive rooms, and the desire for spaces that felt both elevated and deeply comfortable. While the home offered generous scale, it required thoughtful furnishing and layering to create warmth, cohesion, and a sense of lived-in sophistication. They brought only select pieces with them, including a few beloved Niche Decor staples we were happy to weave into the new vision.

With a largely blank canvas, our focus was on fully furnishing the home in a way that honoured its modern farmhouse architecture while softening its scale. Each space was thoughtfully grounded, allowing architectural features to fade into the background and the home’s warmth and character to take centre stage. Every element – from art and lighting to window treatments and furnishings – was carefully considered, resulting in a home that feels refined, complete, and quietly confident.
