This service is for those in need of furnishing a full room or more – whether you are starting from a blank slate or it’s time to refresh your space. This package provides you with a thoughtfully designed & curated space accessing our extensive, private catalogue and materials. We meet with you at your home to go over your wish list, the goals for your space, determine budget and timelines. We then invite you in for a personalized presentation to review your floor plan CAD drawings, experience the product, and see the material options that reveal the ultimate vision for your home.

OUR PROCESS

Complete the online questionnaire telling us about your project scope, existing images, and describe how you’d like to live in your space.  Our team will reach out to you within 2-3 business days to go over how we can tailor a package best suited to achieve your needs.

Within a 1.5 to 2-hour session in your home, you will share your lifestyle, preferences, priorities, budget, and inspirational images guiding the direction for your space. We take meticulous measurements to ensure only the best scaled furniture selections for a distinctly tailored design.
We set a date 2-3 weeks from the consultation, inviting you into our showroom for your curated presentation- allowing you the opportunity to touch and see our recommendations in person. We review thoughtfully drafted floor plan layouts, furnishings and fabric/material options that best align with your overall vision and lifestyle. At the end of this 1-2hr meeting you will have a honed-in vision of what you can expect your home to soon look like.
From the selections solidified at your presentation, we email you a digital copy of your presentation file along with the coordinating itemized pricing proposal. Your satisfaction and clarity are our priorities as we progress towards bringing your vision to life.

Our warehouse accumulates all pieces and our Service Team will coordinate your delivery in advance to facilitate a seamless, one-time delivery and installation experience. A designated designer is on-site to oversee the precise placement of every element along with our team to hang any drapery & art ensuring a completed home ready to enjoy!

ROOM DESIGN FAQ’S

From concept to installation our senior designers collaborate closely with our design team to see your project through. Our goal is to provide a personable client experience with your completed home ready to enjoy!

We schedule consultations 2-3 weeks in advance and a presentation date is set 2-3 weeks after this initial meeting. At the time of your order finalization, production of furniture typically takes 8-12 weeks. Our dedicated Service Team closely monitors the progress to facilitate a seamless, one-time delivery experience. We’ll proactively reach out to you in advance to coordinate your installation date.

The products we recommend on your project can be found in our showroom because these are our true, tried, and tested staples that we fully stand behind for your everyday living. At our design studio, we have an extensive, private fabric/material resource library and source from our industry exclusive suppliers, along with reputable local manufacturers to create customized pieces tailored for your space.

From the outset we are here to help guide your decisions aligning your priorities, budget, and vision for a seamless process. Transparency of your budget is the most efficient & effective use of our design services for us to create tailored solutions within your financial expectations upfront leaving no room for potential disappointment or having to compromise on key elements.

Once we know the full scope of your project, we tailor a design package allocating the set amount of hours estimated to complete your project- a room design project starts at a minimum of 10 hours. A design fee confirms & begins your project journey with us. To initiate the production of your furniture order a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due prior to your scheduled delivery. We offer flexible payment options including: Visa, Mastercard or debit payments online or in our showroom as well as e-transfer or cheque payments. 

Yes, we work on projects near and far from across Canada, and even to the Caribbean and Europe! We require accurate, detailed builder drawings with clear photos/renderings as they provide critical information for our team to create the best solutions for a tailored design. We work in collaboration with you, your builder, and trade professionals to get your project to the finish line!

Due to our current workload and to keep turnaround timelines reasonable, we are only able to take on full room design or full service design projects at the moment. We provide flexible packages and encourage you to fill out our Design Questionnaire so that we can learn more about the scope of your project and discuss how we can best assist you.
