As designers with a large showroom/studio, we have an abundant amount of resources and sourcing abilities at our fingertips from well known and reputable manufacturers to custom pieces that are tailored to your space without breaking the bank.

Whether it is a kitchen, bathroom, other home renovations, or even something as simple as having your ottoman recovered, our work is supported by skilled craftsmen and trusted contractors who produce quality work. You can count on our years of experience to ensure that your project is done in a timely and budget conscious manner.

How We Work

We work based on your needs and various packages tailored to projects at hand.

Room Design Service – This is usually evaluated on-site and based on a flat fee and includes a personalized consultation to establish your needs, wants, budget, and timeline. A room design package will be prepared including floor plans, colours, furniture selection, fixtures and window treatment. More than one room to consider? We can custom create special package fees for multiple rooms or entire homes.

Room Styling Services – Do you have all the big pieces in place and need help finishing off your space to make it feel like home? The finishing touches are often the hardest to do and we have tailered this service to help those in need.  This service requires an initial in-home consult where we go over the list of spaces you need help finishing (accessories, art, wall décor, accent furniture, etc) and we then go back to the two showrooms to pick out items we think would best work to finish off that space.  We come back on a follow up appointment with the Niche truck full of the finishing pieces we recommend and style your space(s) so that it’s magazine shoot ready! At this point, you can determine what you’d like to keep from our recommendations and start enjoying your styled space(s).

Design and Procurement – This package is for projects that require full service. This includes material selection, detailed AutoCad drawings, lighting schematics, structural changes, and the acquisition of goods. Projects can include:

• Collaborating with trades during construction
